BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Monday a total 29 people injured in a deadly disco club fire in Kocani, North Macedonia, would be hospitalised in Serbia and provided with the best conditions for treatment in Europe.
"I had an opportunity to visit people who were injured in the terrible tragedy in Kocani, North Macedonia. Nine of them are hospitalised here at the University Clinical Centre," Vucic told reporters.
"You will not find better services anywhere in Europe. Nowhere in Europe is there a better intensive care than here in Belgrade. Twelve more patients will come, there are a few at the Military Medical Academy as well as a few at the Nis Clinical Centre. Twelve more patients will come and, as things stand now, there will be a total 29 patients in Serbia," Vucic said.
Serbia will always stand with the brotherly Macedonian people, he noted.
