The USMNT defeated Jamaica 5-2 on aggregate over a two-game series in the quarterfinals to reach this stage. Panama bested Costa Rica 3-2 on aggregate in the quarterfinals. The other semifinal features Mexico facing Canada in a contest that will follow USMNT-Panama.
